It is important for CMS Dental A/S that we protect our customers and other collaborators’ personal information as safe as possible and comply with the regulations in the GDPR. This means that you have the right to request insight, retraction or deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to oppose or limit the processing of your personal information.

As a customer or collaborator and recipient of our newsletters, you agree that we will let your data be processed by our data servers.     Contact Name and Email
    The contact’s phone number
    Contact person’s CPR number if the company is not yet registered with CVR

Newsletter
We only store your name, surname, e-mail address and possibly company name for recipients of our newsletter. You can always unsubscribe or update your information. This is done by following the links found at the bottom of the newsletter. The information is used for the preparation of newsletters, billing, phone calls, direct mail.

Deletion of data
You are entitled at any time to request insight, rectification or deletion of the information we have about you and your company. You also have the right to oppose or limit the processing of your personal information. Personal data that is no longer used or no longer relevant to our work will be deleted after six months. However, sent and received e-mails will be deleted after 3 months, unless there is reason to keep them due to ongoing collaborative projects or similar.

Your rights
You have the right to request insight, rectification or deletion of your personal information. You have the right to oppose the processing of your personal information and to limit the processing of your personal information. If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you are entitled to revoke your consent at any time.
